Unfortunately I just missed Paul Hagon's presentation at ALIAOnline in Brisbane several weeks ago, but I did have a chance to catch up with him at the conference and hear more about his latest work. His presentation looked at some of the lessons learned from the data behind Trove's usage stats and is very instructive to our research as well.
